Thomas F. Caldwell, Jr.
Mr. Caldwell is a 1972 graduate ofCaliforniaStateUniversityat Northridge where he received a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is also a 1975 graduate of theUniversityofSouthern Californiawhere he received an M.B.A. degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
In 1980 he was appointed a "Review Team Captain" for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Program. He has conducted numerous reviews of quality-oriented CPA firms.
During 1981 he co-founded and was elected Director of Warner Center Bank and Chairman of the Bank's audit committee.
In 1982 Mr. Caldwell co-founded the Warner Center Estate and Tax Planning Council. He served as President in 1984.
In 1984 he served the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee as a Venue Finance Manager.
In 1992 Mr. Caldwell was appointed to the SEC Practice Section Peer Review Committee of the AICPA.
In 1993 he was appointed to the Peer Review Committee of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In 1997 he was appointed Chair of the California Peer Review Committee and to the Board of Directors of the California State Society of CPAs.
He has taught numerous continuing education courses for CPAs.
Tom’s hobbies include surfing, cycling and skiing. He is a member of the National Ski Patrol. During winter months, he is a Pro Patroller at Big Bear Mountain Ski Resorts in Big Bear, California. Mr. Caldwell is a licensed Emergency Medical technician. When not Ski Patrolling, Tom is a member of the Mountain Bike Patrol Unit for the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
Laurence R. Becker
Mr. Becker has been in public accounting since 1971. He has had extensive experience in audits (including SEC audits), reviews and compilations, tax, corporate and personal income tax planning, business valuations and consulting. He also has experience in the area of financial statement fraud.
His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
He graduated from California State University at Northridge in 1972 with a degree in accounting and has an advanced degree in taxation at the University of California at Los Angeles.
He has received a Certificate of Completion in the advanced personal financial planning certificate program sponsored by the California Certified Public Accountants Foundation. He has also taken numerous courses at the University of California at Los Angeles in the field of personal financial planning.
In 1997 he received a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of CPAs for business valuation.
Betty J. Dervin
Ms. Dervin has been in public accounting since 1976. She has had extensive management experience in supervising audits, accounting, tax and consulting engagements.
Ms. Dervin's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. She graduated from theUniversityofCaliforniaatLos Angeleswith a degree in Economics and attended the Graduate School of Business at theUniversityofCaliforniaatBerkeley.

John F. Petrick, Jr.
Mr. Petrick has been in public accounting since 1973 including five years of experience with the Internal Revenue Service. During his years with the Internal Revenue Service, he was involved with the audits of many corporations and had several instructor assignments at theInternalRevenueServiceRegionalTrainingCenter. He has lectured on tax planning and technical issues regarding corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts and individuals. His particular area of expertise is real estate taxation and he has lectured throughout theUnited Stateson this subject.
He received an M.S. degree in Accounting fromCaliforniaStateUniversityat Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
In 1989 he was appointed to the Board of CII Financial, a public company whose stock was listed on the American Stock Exchange, which he served until 1997.
In 1992 he was appointed a "Review Team Captain" for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Program.
